Warranty Policy
GG Constructions stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage depends on the project type, written agreement, materials used, and nature of the issue.
Last updated: May 30, 2026. Project-specific warranty terms stated in a signed quotation, invoice, or agreement will take priority over this general website policy.
Workmanship
Where applicable, GG Constructions will review concerns related to workmanship completed by our team. If an issue is confirmed to result from our workmanship and falls within the agreed warranty coverage, we will advise the appropriate repair or correction process.
Materials and products
Materials, fixtures, fittings, equipment, appliances, and manufactured products may be covered by the relevant supplier or manufacturer warranty. We can assist clients by identifying project records where available, but manufacturer warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer or supplier.
What may not be covered
- Normal wear and tear, aging, settlement, or minor cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized alterations, accidents, pests, fire, flooding, weather events, or natural disasters.
- Work completed by another contractor after GG Constructions has finished the project.
- Issues caused by materials, products, or design decisions supplied or insisted on by the client against our advice.
How to make a warranty request
Contact us with your name, project location, project date, agreement or invoice details if available, photos, and a short description of the issue. We will review the matter and advise the next step.
