Return Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026. Any project-specific return, cancellation, refund, or material-supply terms in a quotation, invoice, or agreement will take priority over this general policy.

Construction and custom services

Completed construction, renovation, repair, design coordination, consultation, site work, and custom-ordered services are generally not returnable in the same way as a retail product. If there is a concern with completed work, it should be handled through the project agreement, defect review, warranty process, or a written resolution agreed with GG Constructions.

Materials and products

If GG Constructions supplies a returnable product or material in the future, return eligibility will depend on the supplier terms, product condition, packaging, invoice details, time since purchase, and whether the item was custom ordered, installed, cut, mixed, damaged, or used.

Deposits and cancellations

Deposits, booking fees, design fees, consultation fees, custom material orders, and mobilization costs may be non-refundable once work, procurement, planning, or scheduling has started. The exact terms should be confirmed in the written project document.
